Heron Bay Estates is a small community of 25 homes, established in 2020. Its size means people tend to know each other by name, and neighbors notice when something needs attention. The 12 acres of common area give everyone space to stretch out, whether that means an evening walk, a quiet bench or time outside with family close to home. Much of daily life happens around the shared amenities. The clubhouse is a comfortable place to gather and catch up, the community pool is ready for warm afternoons, and the golf course lets residents play a round right in the neighborhood. Behind the scenes, the board meets monthly to care for the association’s resources, keep these spaces in good condition and keep residents informed.
